Amber James
Kickboxing Instructor
Hi! I’m Amber,
I started going to the gym when I was eighteen and had no idea what I was doing. By the time I was twenty four, I really fell in love with working out and weight training. I soon found my true love of mixed martial arts and started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. I trained in Jiu Jitsu my entire first pregnancy and shortly after having my son, I received my blue belt. I was even fortunate enough to continue training in Kickboxing my entire second pregnancy. I had my daughter in October. Aside from the gym and mma, I love going hiking with my son who is now two and a half and can’t wait to start taking my daughter. And when I’m able to, I also enjoy kayaking and horseback riding.
